This is a form for submitting a workshop proposal for the 19th EATEL Summer School on Technology Enhanced Learning (JTELSS) that will take place in Rethymno, north coast of the Greek island of Crete on 10-18 May, 2025.

📢 Note that if your workshop proposal is accepted, the information you submitted in this proposal will be published on the summer school website. By submitting this form, you give EATEL the permission to store the description of the workshop and publish it on the summer school website.

🗃️ The data we collect using this submission form is securely store on a server administrated by the EATEL partner - RWTH Aachen University in Germany. We will only use the personal data for the communication with the authors and the program of the event. We will delete the personal data after the event.

📅 You will be able to edit the information in the proposal after you submit it at any time before the submission deadline 1 February 2025.

📝 Thank you for your interest in contributing a workshop to the 19th EATEL Summer School on Technology Enhanced Learning! This form will ask several questions about the proposed workshop and descriptions of four sections: Needs analysis, Learning objectives, Prerequisites, and a General description. Each of these sections are limited to 1000 characters. Completing this form will take 10 minutes (if you already have these four descriptions written). We strongly recommend writing the description of your workshop in a separate document and saving it before filling in the form. The session might expire before you click the "Submit" button, resulting in the loss of the information you filled in.
